1 Out of 7 Passes Geodetic Engineers Special Professional Licensure Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recently announced the results of the Geodetic Engineers Special Professional Licensure Examination held in June 2024. Out of the seven candidates who took the exam, only one passed, highlighting the rigorous standards upheld by the Board of Geodetic Engineering.

The examination was conducted in three international locations: Doha, Qatar; Jeddah, and Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This provides overseas Filipino professionals the opportunity to attain their professional licenses without returning to the Philippines.

The esteemed members of the Board of Geodetic Engineering who facilitated the licensure examination include:

Registration Requirements for Successful Examinees

Successful examinees must complete the registration process to formalize their status as licensed professionals. The following documents are required for registration:

1. Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal: This must be downloaded and duly accomplished.

2. Notice of Admission: For identification purposes only.

3. Passport-Sized Pictures: Two pieces, colored with a white background and complete name tag.

4. Documentary Stamps: Two sets.

5. Short Brown Envelope: One piece.

It is important for successful examinees to register in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the registration process.
