Complete List of Passers in the March 2024 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers - Elementary

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) have released the results of the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) held on March 17, 2024. This critical examination, conducted across 36 testing centers throughout the Philippines, saw a substantial number of candidates striving to achieve certification.

Elementary Level Examination Results

Out of 44,764 examinees for the elementary level, 20,890 successfully passed, reflecting a pass rate of 46.67%. Among these passers, 17,561 were first-time examinees, while 3,329 were repeaters. This significant achievement highlights the dedication and perseverance of the aspiring educators who participated in the exam.

Top Performing Schools - Elementary Level

The PRC has also recognized the top performing schools in the elementary level based on the number of examinees and their passing percentages, as per Commission Resolution No. 1814 series of 2024.

For schools with 300 or more examinees and at least 55% passing percentage, Cebu Technological University-Main (formerly CSCST) ranked first. Out of 341 examinees, 291 passed, resulting in an impressive passing rate of 85.59%.

Among schools with 100 to 299 examinees and at least 87% passing percentage, Bicol University-Daraga topped the list. With 137 examinees, 131 passed, giving the school a stellar passing rate of 95.62%. West Visayas State University-La Paz and Southern Luzon State University-Lucban (SLPC) both had 113 examinees and 108 passers, resulting in a passing rate of 95.58% for each. Mindanao State University-General Santos City had 134 examinees with 119 passers, achieving an 88.81% passing rate. Cebu Normal University (formerly Cebu State College) saw 171 examinees and 151 passers, resulting in an 88.30% passing rate. Lastly, Pangasinan State University-Bayambang had 149 examinees with 130 passers, yielding an 87.25% passing rate.

For schools with 50 to 99 examinees and at least 91% passing percentage, Iloilo Science and Technology University (formerly WVCST-Main) ranked first with a passing rate of 98.65%, with 73 passers out of 74 examinees. Carlos A. Hilado Memorial State College-Talisay had 61 passers out of 62 examinees, resulting in a 98.39% passing rate. Bicol University-Gubat had 55 examinees with 54 passers, achieving a 98.18% passing rate. Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Mulanay saw 53 examinees with 52 passers, yielding a 98.11% passing rate. City College of Calamba had 87 examinees and 84 passers, resulting in a 96.55% passing rate. Bicol University-Polangui had 78 examinees and 75 passers, achieving a 96.15% passing rate. Palawan State University-Puerto Princesa had 73 examinees with 69 passers, resulting in a 94.52% passing rate. Pangasinan State University-Alaminos City had 80 examinees with 73 passers, achieving a 91.25% passing rate. Central Bicol State University of Agriculture-Pili had 57 examinees with 52 passers, yielding a 91.23% passing rate. University of the Visayas-Dalaguete had 67 examinees with 61 passers, achieving a 91.04% passing rate.

Top Examinees - Elementary Level

The top examinees who garnered the highest places in the March 2024 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers at the elementary level are:

Mary Grace Manuel Bamba from Bataan Peninsula State University - Dinalupihan, Khane Jevie Rose Solante Cervantes from Davao Oriental State University-Canteel Campus, and Queenie Macalindong Macatangay from University of Batangas all achieved the top spot with a rating of 92.40%.

Gracelyn Celestian Ygot from Cebu Technological University-Moalboal (formerly CSCST) followed with a rating of 92.20%. Leila Mae Mariñas Centino from Central Luzon State University and Jane Grace Rendal Ouisel from Negros Oriental State University (CVPC)-Dumaguete both secured the third spot with a rating of 92.00%.
