Real Estate Brokers Results 2024: April Licensure Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the results of the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Real Estate Service across various locations in the Philippines. Out of the 1,758 hopefuls who took the exam in N. C. R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban this April 2024, 1,337 successfully passed.

The Board of Real Estate Service, led by Chairman Ofelia C. Binag, along with members Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, conducted the licensure examination. Their commitment to maintaining professional standards ensures that only qualified individuals enter the real estate industry.

Starting June 17, 2024, successful examinees can register for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration online. The PRC urges candidates to visit www.prc.gov.ph and carefully follow the instructions for initial registration. As part of the registration process, candidates must bring the following documents:

1. Downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal: This form signifies the individual's commitment to uphold the standards and ethics of the real estate profession.

2. Notice of admission (for identification only): Serving as a means of identification, this document confirms the candidate's participation in the licensure examination.

3. Two pieces of passport-sized pictures: The photos should have a colored background with a white background and a complete name tag for identification purposes.

4. Two sets of documentary stamps: These stamps are required for the processing of official documents.

5. One piece of short brown envelope: This envelope is necessary for the safekeeping of documents.

6. Submission of Original Surety Bond: A surety bond with a minimum amount of P 20,000.00 is required, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee. This bond ensures financial accountability and responsibility within the real estate profession.

Upon registration, successful examinees must personally sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, affirming their status as certified real estate brokers.
