R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban, the examination aimed to assess the competence of aspiring real estate brokers.
Among the successful examinees, the top ten performers showcased exceptional aptitude and dedication to their craft. Leading the pack is John Joseph Zosa Kagatan from the University of Mindanao-Davao City, securing the top spot with an impressive rating of 92.25%. Following closely behind, Zheerex Faron Villero from the University of Cebu claimed the second spot with a rating of 91.75%, while Mary Ann Yambot Roque from the Information and Communication Technology Academy clinched third place with a rating of 91.25%.
Notably, several examinees from the Information and Communication Technology Academy also made significant achievements, with Davian Lee Chen, Janine Angelique Ong Juanitas, and Enrico Francisco Yaptinchay Manalansan III all sharing the fourth rank, each earning a rating of 90.25%.
