In a significant milestone for aspiring pharmacists
across the Philippines, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has
announced the results of the April 2024 Pharmacists Licensure Examination.
Conducted by the esteemed Board of Pharmacy, the examination witnessed 2,147
hopefuls from various regions, including N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro,
Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, and
Zamboanga, vying for licensure. Out of this number, an impressive 1,185 emerged
triumphant, marking a significant success rate.
Among the successful examinees, the top ten performers
have been duly recognized for their exceptional achievements. Leading the pack
is Rhedz-Wei Talling Hadjula from Universidad de Zamboanga (for.ZAEC), securing
the first rank with a remarkable rating of 92.85. Following closely behind is
Anthony Castillon Tocayon from the University of the Philippines - Manila,
claiming the second rank with an impressive rating of 92.50. Nick David
Martinez Corcino from the University of San Agustin clinched the third position
with an outstanding rating of 92.47.
The subsequent ranks were earned by Jemekka Jazmin Gladys
Calizo Miaral from the University of San Agustin (Rank 4), Faima Escandar Nain
from Universidad de Zamboanga (for ZAEC) (Rank 5), Darlyn Niña Tiana Melgarejo
from the University of San Agustin (Rank 6), Wayne Rose Landanganon Padayhag
from San Pedro College - Davao City (Rank 7), Juan Miguel Orceo Olmedilla from
Our Lady of Fatima University - Antipolo City (Rank 8), Romuelle B. Barbado
from Urdaneta City University (CCU) (Rank 9), and Rasheedkhan Alaja Jainal from
Universidad de Zamboanga (for.ZAEC) (Rank 10).
