R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, and Tuguegarao, a commendable 1,819 have emerged victorious.

Topping the list is Dexter Pelaez Astorga from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Sto. Tomas, with an impressive rating of 95.00%. Following closely behind are Sean Christopher Dalusong Garcia from the Technological University of the Philippines - Manila, Mc Kristian Alvarez Algara from De La Salle University - Dasmarinas, and Christian Paul Gomez Gonzales, also from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Sto.
