Dexter Pelaez Astorga from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Sto. Tomas emerged as the top scorer, earning an outstanding rating of 95.00%. Following closely behind is Sean Christopher Dalusong Garcia from the Technological University of the Philippines-Manila, with an impressive rating of 93.00%.
